Multifamily Traveling Superintendent Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through completion Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and construction documents Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership teams to ensure successful project execution Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules and timelines Monitor quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards Coordinate inspections with local municipalities and regulatory agencies Manage project budgets, job costs, and field productivity Provide regular project updates to clients and company leadership Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and schedule impacts in a timely manner Maintain and enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance

Multifamily Traveling Superintendent Qualifications: 10+ years of experience with ground-up, multi-story multifamily construction projects Proven experience as a Superintendent for stick-framed, slab-on-grade multifamily developments Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and field operations Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents Familiarity with construction estimating, scheduling, and budgeting processes Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Strong leadership abilities with experience managing subcontractors and field personnel Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced construction environments Experience with Procore is a plus Travel Package Includes Paid flight or mileage home every two weeks Daily food per diem Vehicle allowance Paid lodging
