PRN Registered NurseWe're hiring a PRN Registered Nurse to provide in-home care across Northern Virginia. You'll be visiting patients in their homes, doing the hands-on nursing work that actually makes a differenceon a schedule you build around your life. This role is a good fit for RNs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients without committing to full-time hours. Pick up visits based on your availabilityyou tell us when you're free, we route patients your way Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to physicians Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans Coordinate with our clinical team and interdisciplinary care partners Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia 12 years of nursing experience Home health and OASIS experience preferredif you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you take your first visit on your own Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines is a plus WellSky experience is a plus but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Competitive per-visit compensation Mileage reimbursement Company-issued tablet for documentation Flexible PRN scheduleno minimum hours, no weekends, no on-call W-2 status, not 1099taxes handled, workers' comp included Based out of our Falls Church office, we cover Falls Church and the surrounding Northern Virginia communitiesArlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, McLean, Vienna, Reston, Herndon, Annandale, Springfield, and more.
