DESCRIPTION: Individuals interested in this opportunity should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills qualities and a good understanding of foundry operations. Collaborating with technical resources at the facility, this role will be responsible for assisting in the development of a safe, stable process for producing vacuum melted investment castings. As processes and procedures are created, this person will be responsible for executing the process (shell preparation, oven operation, vacuum melt and pour operations), managing inventory/supplies, maintaining equipment condition, supporting maintenance activities, and training others.
