Infrastructure / Industrials Investment Professional

Responsibilities: Evaluate investment opportunities through financial modelling, valuation, industry research and commercial analysis. Support transaction execution, including due diligence, structuring, financing and investment committee materials. Work with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, acquisitions and operational development. Develop investment themes and build relationships with management teams, advisers and industry specialists.

Candidate profile: Approximately 3–8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development or investing. Experience across one or more relevant sectors, including industrials, energy, energy transition, infrastructure, digital infrastructure or real assets. Strong financial modelling, analytical and transaction execution skills. Commercial judgement and an interest in understanding both businesses and their underlying assets. Comfortable taking ownership within a collaborative team and working across a broad investment mandate.
