Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Step into a rewarding role supporting student success as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) focused on 1:1 school-based care in the Bryan/College Station area of Texas. This contracted position places you in a vital, hands-on environment, working directly with a student to foster growth, independence, and positive behavior through skilled, compassionate support. You will: Deliver consistent, one-on-one behavioral intervention throughout the school day Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and thoughtfully apply behavior support strategies Use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to promote communication, social engagement, independence, and positive behaviors Identifying triggers to challenging behavior and proactively applying preventative strategies Employ effective de-escalation techniques, maintaining a calm and supportive approach Collect and document behavioral data, communicating student progress clearly Collaborate seamlessly with teachers, special education professionals, and the wider education team Contribute to a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment
