Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)Insight Global is hiring Deployment Leaders for a rapidly growing manufacturing technology company. This is a customer-facing position that combines manufacturing, software implementation, training, and operational problem-solving. The Deployment Leader owns the full customer deployment lifecycle, from initial configuration through go-live. You’ll learn each customer’s manufacturing and administrative processes, configure the platform around their needs, train users from ownership to the plant floor, and ensure they receive long-term value from the software.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer deployments from initial configuration through go-live
- Learn customers’ production and administrative workflows
- Configure the software around each customer’s operational needs
- Train everyone from company ownership to plant-floor users
- Provide ongoing technical support through calls, texts, emails, and support tickets
- Build trusted relationships across customer accounts
- Balance deployment speed, quality, and long-term customer satisfaction
- Partner with Engineering on product feedback and feature development
- Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes, training, tools, and collaboration
Qualifications:
- Candidates must meet at least one of the following:3+ years of professional manufacturing experience, including ERP or MES exposure
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of professional manufacturing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with a strong academic record
Additional requirements:
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of customer outcomes
- Comfortable working with leadership and plant-floor teams
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–50% to customer sites
- PreferredSaaS or technology experience
- Experience using AI tools professionally or personally
