Real-Time Balancing Authority & Unit Dispatch Operator

MISO is seeking a System Operator - Balancing Authority and Unit Dispatch to join our team in ensuring reliable electricity for 45 million people. You will manage real-time balance, monitor ACE, and drive security-constrained dispatch across the MISO footprint. Candidates should have at least 4 years in energy/operations, a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, and a current NERC/RC Certification. A 12-hour rotating shift will be worked; strong communication is essential.
