Key responsibilities:
Lead client interactions and ensure successful outcomes through advisory meetings
Review federal and state tax returns for accuracy and technical soundness
Provide mentoring and guidance to tax staff while collaborating on process improvements
Required qualifications:
CPA or EA designation, or in process
4+ years of experience in public accounting tax, with hands-on review and client interaction
Strong technical review skills across multiple entity types
Outgoing personality with a passion for client engagement
Ability to think strategically and provide calm, steady leadership
