- Recurring vendor invoice validation and process trackingPOSITION OVERVIEWThe Vendor Management Risk Analyst will join the Operational Risk team and report to the Vendor Risk Lead to streamline vendor onboarding and ongoing third-party risk management activities. This role solves critical operational bottlenecks by driving seamless documentation collection, cross-functional stakeholder communication, and process tracking. The position focuses on operational vendor risk coordination rather than regulatory policy interpretation or auditing.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute vendor onboarding, maintenance workflows, and contract extension submissions using predefined processes on a daily basis.
- Coordinate directly with vendors and internal business teams to collect required documentation and gather vendor details.
- Support vendor risk assessments by tracking questionnaires, SOC reports, and penetration test artifacts.
- Track progress, manage follow-ups on outstanding vendor requirements, and maintain workflow organization.
- Validate and process vendor invoices on a recurring basis to support vendor management operations.
