Production Line Associate

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Location: Akron, OHAbout the Position We are seeking a dependable Production Line Associatefor a full-time, first-shift opportunity in Akron. This position involves filling and packaging products, preparing drums for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe production area. Candidates should be comfortable working in an industrial environment where chemical odors may be present and temperatures can vary throughout the facility.

Responsibilities: Fill drums of various sizes with product. Cap, box, label, and prepare finished products as needed. Palletize drums and other products for shipment. Clean and prepare drums to a like-new condition. Use approved cleaning chemicals and follow proper handling procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Requirements: Dependable with a strong attendance record. Comfortable working around strong chemical odors. Willing and able to wear a face mask or other required PPE when needed. Comfortable working in varying temperatures in a semi-temperature-controlled facility. Able to perform physical production and packaging tasks throughout the shift. Willing to complete a drug screen and background check. Candidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references.
