Truss Design Manager

Overview: Our client, a respected and family-oriented manufacturer of structural building components in the Waynesboro, VA area, is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead its growing design team. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical depth in truss and wall panel design and a strong ability to connect with people and lead a team. The organization is looking for a leader who can positively influence relationships, instill confidence across the sales team and customer base, and bring a steady, engaging presence to the design function. You will be responsible for overseeing the full design process from project intake through final release, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with company standards.
