Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
  • Work to help maintain an accurate spare parts inventory.
  • Work with entire staff to accomplish goals safely and effectively.
  • Follow plant safety procedures.
  • Must possess enthusiasm for their job and enjoy working in a team structure.
  • Communicate with and report to the Production Manager
  • Must be able to read, write and effectively communicate using the English language and be able to communicate via two-way radios.

  • Responsible for following food safety regulations and company policies is essential to ensure the integrity of our food‑grade production processes.
Job Requirements
Education / Certification: State of Ohio, High Pressure Boiler Operator License required. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Desired Knowledge / Experience:
  • Experience in a Delta T setting will be given priority (Superior package boilers)
  • Use knowledge of water chemistry to operate, maintain and troubleshoot Superior package boilers, deareator, cooling tower and water systems.
  • Safe work history is a requirement.
  • Use skills to ensure continuous operation of the facility.
  • Knowledge of Mapcon maintenance management system and data entry for work orders, maintenance scheduling, and inventory.
