Quality Inspector

Responsibilities: Inspect parts and products during incoming inspection, production, and shipping to ensure they meet quality requirements. Check parts for visual defects, function, damage, and other quality issues. Follow inspection instructions, drawings, and quality standards. Complete inspection forms, records, reports, and other required paperwork. Report quality problems to the appropriate person. Follow all safety rules and report safety concerns. Keep the inspection area clean and organized. Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications: Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform the job. Able to do basic math and simple be able to use a computer, laptop, or tablet for required work. Able to stand and move about the plant for the full work shift (8 hours).Able to lift 50 pounds and safely move and handle items. Able to work independently and follow instructions. Must be flexible with work location, hours, and shifts to meet production and shipping needs. Must be 18 years or older Compensation*This is a Union Position and pays $20.60/HREligible for Overtime pay after working 8 hours a day Monday-Friday and time and a half for all hours worked on SaturdaysRTC is an equal-opportunity employer.
