Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs. The Day-to-DayLead daily pharmacy operations and workflow Hire, train and support your pharmacy team Oversee medication dispensing, verification and quality assurance Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations Oversee inventory and controlled substances Work directly with prescribers, nurses, caregivers and healthcare partners Build relationships with local agencies and providers Partner with Neighborhood leadership as the pharmacy grows What Matters HereWe're looking for someone who knows pharmacy and knows how to lead people.
