General Manager – Royal House

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Royal House, a high-volume restaurant in the heart of New Orleans' French Quarter. We're looking for a proven restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build strong teams, drive results, maintain operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. As General Manager, you'll take ownership of the restaurant's overall success while leading daily operations, team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

What You'll Do: Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a talented restaurant team Drive sales, profitability, labor management, and cost-control initiatives Maintain exceptional standards for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and execution Monitor restaurant performance and take action to improve operational and financial results Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, development, and recognition Ensure company policies, procedures, and operating standards are consistently executed Partner with Area Directors and support teams to achieve restaurant and company goals Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence throughout the restaurant What We're Looking For 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant environment preferred Proven experience leading and developing restaurant managers and hourly teams Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including labor, food cost, sales, and P&L performance Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong focus on hospitality, accountability, consistency, and team development Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced operation Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Why Creole Cuisine?
