What You'll Do: Set up and operate metal stamping and press machines. Load materials and remove finished parts. Read blueprints and work orders. Use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and micrometers. Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met. Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues. Perform machine changeovers for different jobs. Work with your team to meet daily production goals. Follow safety procedures and keep your area clean and organized.
What We're Looking For: Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions. Experience with measuring tools is a plus. Comfortable working around machinery and manufacturing equipment. Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.30/hr.
