Apply for this role →Maybe you’ve lost someone you love. Maybe you’ve cared for someone through an illness, or watched someone close to you navigate loss. You know how much there is to carry, and how hard it can be to know where to turn. I built Heartchive after four years of caring for my dad through stage IV cancer and losing him. It brings together the practical and personal sides of caregiving and grief. I’m looking for someone to work directly with me to help Heartchive reach the people and families who could use it. This is an early role with room to help shape our outreach, partnerships, and marketing as we grow.
What you’ll do:
Research and contact funeral homes, hospice organizations, hospitals, caregiver organizations, and grief communities. Find the right people, introduce Heartchive thoughtfully, and build relationships. Organize contacts, track conversations, and follow up consistently. Help create outreach emails, brochures, social posts, and other marketing materials. Explore new ways to reach families, caregivers, and people looking for a meaningful gift after loss.
Who you are:
You understand Heartchive’s voice: warm, honest, and human. You can write about caregiving and grief with sensitivity, without sounding clinical, overly sentimental, or promotional. Experience in marketing, outreach, community partnerships, or healthcare is helpful. A personal connection to caregiving or grief may draw you to this work, but you don’t need to share your story to be considered.
