Director of Operations

Responsibilities: Oversee employee-related processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, training, and benefits administration Lead and develop a small operations team Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on operational priorities and initiatives Develop, document, and improve internal policies, procedures, and workflows Manage relationships with external vendors and support contract negotiations Identify, evaluate, and implement new systems and technologies, including AI-enabled tools Oversee day-to-day IT coordination and serve as a liaison with external technology providers Help ensure appropriate technology, security, and operational policies are implemented and maintained Oversee office operations, facilities, equipment, and related projects Support senior leadership with special projects and other operational initiatives Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher 10+ years of experience in operations, administration, or a related leadership function Experience managing or mentoring a team Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Demonstrated ability to develop and improve processes and procedures Comfortable working with a variety of technology and business systems Interest in and familiarity with AI and emerging technologies Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with a broad range of responsibilities
