Executive Underwriting Leader – Large Case & HNWFN

Symetra seeks an AVP, Deputy Chief Underwriter to guide strategy for Individual Life Underwriting and consult on complex, high-face-amount cases. You will drive growth through Large Case underwriting and oversee the HNWFN program, partnering across functions to balance risk, experience, and profitability. You will mentor future leaders, promote underwriting excellence, and contribute to Symetra's Win Smart philosophy from Bellevue, WA, with occasional travel as needed.
