Night Shift HSE Leader Safety & Compliance

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking an HSE Representative (Night Shift) to advise, lead, and coach on Health, Safety, and Environmental programs. You will develop and sustain HSE policies and drive incidents towards zero, in alignment with local, state, and federal regulations. The role requires coordinating safety audits, leading safety meetings, and ensuring safe operations on the shop floor and yard. West Texas residency is expected, with a strong emphasis on integrity and proactive problem-solving.
