We are looking for a Revit technician who takes pride in clean, accurate models and drawing sets. You will work directly with our engineers, turning design intent into coordinated BIM models and permit-ready construction documents. Because we are a small team, your work will be seen, your input will be heard, and you will have a real hand in how each project comes together. WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE- Build and maintain structural Revit models for new buildings, additions, tenant improvements, and industrial / equipment support structures.- Produce full drawing sets: framing plans, foundation plans, sections, details, and schedules.- Pick up engineer markups and turn them around quickly and accurately.- Field-verify or reconstruct existing conditions from as-built drawings when we work on renovations and retrofits.- Coordinate our model with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors, and help resolve conflicts before they reach the field.- Join coordination calls and, when needed, visit project sites.- Help keep our Revit templates, families, and drafting standards organized and up to date.
