- Scan and organize tax documents
- Perform basic data entry accurately
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phones and follow up with past and potential clients
- Keep clients informed and engaged during wait times
- Assist with local marketing efforts
- Support Tax Pros with day-to-day office needs and deliver an exceptional client experience
