Senior Geothermal Drilling Engineer - Field Leader

Quaise Energy is seeking a Senior Drilling Engineer to plan, design, and execute complex geothermal well programs. You will translate subsurface objectives into field-ready drilling plans, ensuring quality design, risk mitigation, and cost control across the drilling lifecycle. You will work with exploration geology, reservoir engineering, and field operations to adapt oil/gas practices to high-temperature geothermal wells, while leading safety-focused execution and continuous improvement.
