Deep Health seeks a visionary leader to run the AI Program Office, bridging engineering, product operations, and regulatory compliance. You will establish enterprise AI governance, controls, and cost management while ensuring safety, privacy, and value across the organization. Operating from the Office of the CTO, you will align policies with HIPAA, FDA SaMD guidance, and other standards, coordinating with Security, Legal, Privacy, and Quality teams to scale AI responsibly and efficiently.
