Estimator Apprentice: Master Precise Auto Estimates

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator in Training to learn how to diagnose and prepare estimates for repair according to company guidelines. You will communicate value to customers and support the sales process to maintain a high close ratio. Responsibilities include mapping damage, creating and verifying estimates, and updating customers on progress. Prior customer service experience required; I-CAR units must be completed within 12 months.
