Responsibilities:
Manage and grow women’s apparel accounts, with a strong understanding of sportswear, trend-driven fashion and the contemporary customer.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, presenting seasonal collections and identifying opportunities to drive sales and expand business.
Partner closely with design, merchandising, and production teams to develop commercially relevant assortments aligned with customer needs and market trends.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive product to identify opportunities for new business and account growth.
Lead negotiations on pricing, costing, delivery, and product assortment while ensuring accounts meet sales and profitability goals..
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience in apparel or fashion
- Strong relationships and working knowledge of major retailers, especially within the women’s apparel market
- Demonstrated ability to drive multi-million-dollar sales growth while balancing profitability and brand integrity
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a collaborative, results-driven mindset
- Strong analytical skills
