As a Therapeutic Activities Aide, you will perform the following duties: Activity Leadership: Conduct planned therapeutic sessions and provide guidance to participants to support treatment goals Progress Observation: Observe participant engagement, document group and individual notes in the charting system, and share updates with staff Participant Support: Offer one-to-one encouragement and assistance to individuals who need additional help to engage in programming Safety Coordination: Escort participants to activity locations, monitor safety, and provide instruction on proper use of supplies and equipment Material Maintenance: Maintain activity materials, request needed repairs or supplies, and ensure spaces remain free of hazards Program Participation: Attend program planning meetings, contribute information on participant needs, and apply training to meet therapeutic objectives Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
