Summit Express: Guest Service Shuttle Drivers & Local In-Town Drivers

Starting Trip Pay: $135/trip up to 9 hours Overtime Pay: $21.50/hr over 9 hours for airport trip In-Town Drivers: $21.50/hr + Overtime Pay at $32.25/hrAdditional bonus opportunities available: Bonuses for positive guest reviews Bonuses for working extra shifts a week beyond 4 shifts Base Trip Pay is evaluated each winter season with annual pay raises. About the Guest Service Driver Position Job DutiesBe on time with exceptional time management skills Perform pre/post trip vehicle inspections Read and understand your daily trip manifests Ability to map out pick-up routes Maintain constant contact with dispatchers & communicate any issues Report traffic issues you witness for other drivers Thoroughly clean the inside and outside of your van at the end of your shift Assist dispatch team with mountain transfers when required Meet all Dress and Appearance Standards for Summit Express. Every time. Ability to work early mornings or late nights, weekends, holidays, and potential rotating shifts Guest Safety and confidence in your driving ability is your #1 concern
