Apply for this role →Job Title We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated engineer with a passion for simulation and performance engineering.
Your Mission:
Develop and maintain high-fidelity vehicle physics models and sub-models to enhance simulation toolsets. Continuously validate and correlate models with real-world track and rig data to ensure robust, reliable simulation results. Research and implement cutting-edge technologies to evolve simulation capabilities and meet engineering requirements. Work cross-functionally with race engineers, performance analysts, and control engineers to provide solutions that support technical decision-making. Ensure simulation tools and models remain at the forefront of accuracy and efficiency.
Your Profile:

Education & Experience:
A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field. Strong background in mechanics and vehicle dynamics. Prior experience in modelling, simulation, or performance engineering within motorsport or high-performance automotive environments is essential.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in engineering simulation software and object-oriented programming (Python, MATLAB, C++ preferred).Strong mathematical and analytical skills, particularly in multibody dynamics and numerical methods. Familiarity with race car dynamics, control systems, and aerodynamic modelling.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to engineering challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to work closely with a multidisciplinary team. Passionate about motorsport, performance engineering, and continuous learning.
