Salary: $200,000 $240,000 Location

Position Highlights:
- Provide primary care services for nursing home patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order and interpret laboratory and imaging studies
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Counsel patients on preventive care, lifestyle, and dietary modifications
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical schoolBC/BE inGeriatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Palliative Care/Hospice
- Completion of an accredited U.S. residency (or 5-year pathway)
- ActiveNew York Medical LicenseDEA (or eligible to obtain during credentialing)
- Experience in primary care or clinical practice preferred
