You enjoy science and health communications and want to develop the skills to translate complex concepts into accessible content for people who need clear, credible, and reliable information. Your Day to Day The Account Executive (AE) supports the success and growth of the agency by executing plans and programs under the guidance of senior staff and account leads. This includes daily administrative and project management tasks such as scheduling or meeting agenda and recap development, media scanning and reporting, and client communication in partnership with senior staff. You may serve as a main contact for multiple external audiences including clients, physicians, patients, advisory groups, journalists, consultants, partners, and vendors. Other responsibilities include research, managing logistics for virtual and in person events, drafting content such as social media posts, disease educational materials, research reports, Power Point presentations, news releases, newsletters, media pitches, and more.
Qualifications: Two- or four-year degree from a college or university and 2-3 years of experience or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience and/or training, including internships Education and experience or internships within the following areas: PR/communications, journalism, marketing, public health, health communications, or pharma/biotech. Proficiency with relevant communication platforms (media databases, social media tools, project management tools, website analytics, Office 365).

Exceptional time management skills with ability to adapt to changing needs, dynamics. Organizational skills and high attention to detail. Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 Salary is commensurate with experience. We are an equal opportunity employer.
