Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
- Adapt classroom activities and instruction to meet diverse student needs

- Assess student progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Special Education, or related field, or equivalents
- Valid Arizona Teaching Certification with a Special Education endorsement, or equivalents
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a school setting with special education students
- Strong understanding of IEPs and behavioral management
- Must pass background check
- Soft skills include patience, excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork
- Ability to lift and assist students as necessary
- Punctuality and reliability required
