Vice President Operations and Sales

Responsibilities: Provide executive-level leadership and strategic direction across all business operations Oversee daily operations including production, sales, and customer relations within the industrial coatings industry Drive revenue growth through business development, client acquisition, and market expansion strategies Collaborate with ownership and senior management to set and execute company goals and KPIs Manage and mentor department leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and performance Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols Analyze financial performance and operational data to guide informed decision-making

Requirements: Proven experience in a senior leadership or executive role, preferably in industrial coatings, manufacturing, or a related field Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and operational oversight Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational growth Experience with business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning Knowledge of industrial coatings, surface preparation, or finishing processes is a strong plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred
