Physical Therapist Responsibilities: Guide patients through exercises to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. Assess the patients' living space to identify fall hazards and provide specific, actionable recommendations to improve safety and accessibility. Teach patients and their families how to safely execute daily exercises and manage chronic conditions.
