Hybrid Field Director - Archaeology Lead for CRM

Chronicle Heritage is seeking an Associate Archaeologist / Field Director to support our Sacramento office. The role offers hybrid work with 40-hour weeks, overseeing field crews and performing data collection, analysis, and reporting. Training staff and ensuring health and safety are key focuses. The position requires a BA in archaeology/anthropology, 2+ years CRM fieldwork, and supervision experience, with willingness to travel and work on diverse projects in Northern California.
