Apply for this role →Rollout Welder/Fitter Day Shift Sapulpa, OKA leading provider of pipeline equipment is seeking an experienced Rollout Welder/Fitters to join its team in Sapulpa, OK. This position requires proficiency in fitting, welding on a pinwheel, and reading blueprints to ensure precise fabrication of custom pipeline equipment. Candidates must be able to perform X-ray quality welds when required and work with various materials according to customer specifications. Experience operating a forklift and overhead crane is also required.
Pay: $25 to $27/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Day shift, MondayFriday 6am to 2:30 pm, with OT as required
Location: Sapulpa, OK
Responsibilities:
- Fit, tack, and weld components according to blueprints and work orders
- Weld on a pinwheel to ensure proper alignment and structural integrity
- Perform high-quality MIG root, Flux fill, and cap welds on a 4" rollout coupon during the weld test
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols accurately
- Ensure all work meets required X-ray quality standards when applicable
- Work with various materials and thicknesses, following customer specifications
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Experience as a Welder/Fitter in a fabrication or pipeline setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Proficiency in MIG and Flux-core welding
- Experience welding on a pinwheel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
