Strategic Capture Lead - Federal & State Bids (Remote)

For People is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to own pursuits from qualification through submission. You will shape the win strategy, lead the bid with the proposal team, and coordinate with program offices, contracting officers, and partners to position the agency-facing work for success. This role is 100% remote with a preference for candidates in the DC, MD, or VA area and requires travel to client locations, partner offices, and industry events nationwide.
