Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, ensuring that the therapeutic experience is tailored to fit the unique requirements of each client. Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and offer ongoing support and feedback throughout the treatment process. Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods and techniques, adapting your approach based on the individual preferences and treatment objectives of clients. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and outcomes in compliance with our organization's standards. Patient Population / Client FocusYou will be working with a diverse array of clients, each facing varying degrees of mental health challenges. Our clientele includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other psychological difficulties. Your role will be crucial in establishing rapport and trust, helping clients navigate their struggles and empowering them towards recovery.

Qualifications: A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).A minimum of a Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the building of rapport and therapeutic connections with clients remotely. Empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by clients seeking mental health support. Strong organizational and time management skills essential for managing multiple therapy sessions and maintaining accurate documentation.

Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous but not required; we offer training on our technology and best practices. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities to effectively address a wide range of mental health issues. A proven track record of engaging with clients in a remote capacity while demonstrating cultural competence.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to USD 105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
