Learn more about us at: www.jrpdesignandremodel.comKey Responsibilities Supervise daily on-site operations for single-family residential projects, ensuring all work meets company standards and local building codes Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve construction challenges, refine work procedures, and address client concerns Keep Project Managers updated on daily job-site progress and schedule changes Communicate updates on scope, schedules, and site logistics to trades and field personnel Ensure proper sequencing of work and adherence to project plans Oversee site safety, organization, and quality control throughout construction Experience 3+ years of experience in single-family residential remodeling required; California remodeling experience preferred Luxury/high-end residential remodeling experience preferred 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or Lead Carpenter role Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints (structural knowledge preferred) Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and workflow management Knowledge of local building codes, construction methods, and industry best practices Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
