Build new creative assets based on your own analysis — you are a source of new ideas, not just an executor of others'.– Cross-functional translation. Work directly with Account Strategy and media buyers to translate their requests into briefs specific enough for our creative director and production freelancers to execute without back-and-forth.– Production prioritization. Prioritize the production queue and drive a real sense of urgency — creative velocity is a competitive advantage here.– Creative reporting & tooling. Help build or integrate creative analysis tooling so account teams get ongoing, structured creative insight.03 WHO YOU ARE– A data-to-creative translator. You're comfortable turning performance results and metrics into concrete, actionable creative hypotheses.– A strong conceptual thinker. You have a deep understanding of UGC and native paid-social ad formats and what makes them convert.– A strong writer. You have strong copywriting and scriptwriting ability — you can write the hook, not just brief someone else to.– A clear communicator. Creative Director.05 HOW WE OPERATE — OUR CORE VALUESOur values are not decorative. They describe how we work, who we hire, and who succeeds here. We expect this role to embody them and to reinforce them in every piece of creative we ship. Lead by Example — We set the standard through our own work. We do not ask of others what we are not already doing ourselves, and we earn credibility by delivering. Laser Focus — We concentrate our energy on what matters most. We cut through noise, prioritize ruthlessly, and see the highest-value work through to completion. Step on the Gas — We move with urgency and bias toward action. Speed is a competitive advantage, and we do not wait for perfect conditions to make progress. Total Victory — We play to win outright. We hold ourselves to outcomes, not effort, and we are not satisfied until the result is unmistakable.
