Remote VP, Commercial Counsel - Launch-Ready Biotech

NewAmsterdam Pharma seeks a Vice President, Commercial Counsel to support launch readiness and build commercial capabilities. This attorney will partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, Compliance, and other functions to develop practical, compliant solutions that advance the business and patient access. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of pharma/biotech legal experience, strong business judgment, and deep familiarity with market access, trade, and patient support programs, plus the
