Responsibilities for CNC Machinist include: Load, align, and secure glass sheets onto CNC cutting, shaping, or milling tables. Select, input, or adjust cutting programs, tool paths, and parameters for specific glass thicknesses and designs. Inspect finished glass pieces using precision measuring tools to verify dimensions, notches, holes, and edge quality against blueprints. Perform routine machine maintenance, clean work areas, change worn tool heads, and resolve minor operational errorsQualifications: 13 years of hands-on CNC machine operation experience, preferably within a glass, mirror, or metal fabrication environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, digital calipers and architectural specifications.
