Lead Operator - Sheet Extrusion (C)

Job Duties: Maintains a clean and orderly work area/warehouse Maintains a safe working environment by following all company safety policies and procedures and reports unsafe conditions and incidents Maintains company's quality standards Responsible for training employees Computes amounts of stock and supplies required for operations, based on production schedules, and requisitions materials from storage area Supports plans flow of materials through department and develops physical layout of machines according to work orders Communicates with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met Directs/instructs workers in adjusting machines and equipment to repair products which fail to meet standards Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules Maintains time and production records Other duties as assigned
