Brand Associates engage face-to-face with customers, introduce available products and services, explain current promotions, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs. This opportunity is ideal for outgoing, motivated individuals who want hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation while developing valuable professional and leadership skills. No previous industry experience is required. Paid training and ongoing development are provided.
What You’ll Do:
Represent client brands professionally inside established retail locations Engage directly with customers through face-to-face conversations Introduce and explain client products, services, and current promotions Ask questions to better understand individual customer needs Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer interests Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process Support daily in-store sales and marketing initiatives Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client campaigns and offerings Work alongside team members to achieve individual and team performance goals Provide a positive and professional customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
No prior experience required — paid training provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, confident, and comfortable working directly with customers Goal-oriented and motivated by performance Coachable with a willingness to learn and develop Professional attitude and strong work ethic Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Comfortable working in an in-person retail environment Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Oak Brook and surrounding retail locations
