Director of Accounting Multi-Entity Growth Leader

Wilks Brothers, LLC is seeking a Director of Accounting to lead daily accounting operations for the holding company and portfolio. You will oversee month-end close, general ledger activities, reconciliations, and policy execution, reporting to the VP of Accounting and Finance. You'll manage a team across multiple entities, drive process standardization, GAAP compliance, and continuous improvement while partnering with leaders to resolve issues and support audits.
