You'll be one of the primary points of contact for our customers during evenings and weekends, when many other online retailers are unavailable. Your main responsibility will be answering incoming phone calls, responding to customer texts and emails, answering product questions, and helping customers confidently make purchasing decisions. You'll need to think quickly, research effectively, communicate clearly, and take ownership of customer conversations. We're looking for someone who doesn't just answer questions. They help customers find solutions, overcome purchasing concerns, and close sales. When incoming customer volume slows down, you'll proactively follow up with existing sales opportunities, abandoned carts, open quotes, and customers who haven't completed their purchases. Your goal is to deliver an incredible customer experience while helping our company grow.𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻• Answer incoming customer phone calls immediately and professionally• Respond quickly to customer text messages and emails• Assist customers with product questions, shipping information, order updates, availability, and purchasing concerns• Utilize our website, manufacturer resources, internal systems, and other tools to provide accurate information• Take ownership of customer inquiries and follow through until their questions or concerns are resolved• Ensure every customer receives friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵• Help customers select the right products for their needs and budget• Confidently recommend products and guide customers toward purchasing decisions• Identify opportunities to upsell accessories, upgrades, and complementary products• Overcome common purchasing objections and confidently ask for the sale• Follow up with abandoned carts, open quotes, previous inquiries, and other sales opportunities• Proactively contact potential customers during slower periods to generate additional revenue• Help convert website visitors and incoming customer inquiries into completed purchases𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆• Work independently during evenings and weekends with limited direct supervision• Manage multiple customer conversations across phone, text, and email• Prioritize incoming customer inquiries while staying productive with outbound sales opportunities• Maintain accurate customer notes and follow up information• Recognize when an issue requires management assistance and communicate it appropriately• Take personal ownership of customer satisfaction, response times, and sales performance𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗪𝗘'𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, self motivated, and naturally sales minded. You should enjoy helping customers, but you should also enjoy closing deals!𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with customers• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively• Comfortable navigating websites, researching products, and learning new software• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail• A customer first attitude combined with a sales driven mindset• Dependability and consistent availability during the required schedule• Ability to manage customer conversations professionally, including difficult or frustrated customers𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀• Previous customer service or inside sales experience• Experience selling products online or over the phone• Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software• Experience following up with leads and closing sales• Interest in sports, fitness, arcade games, or recreational products You do not need to be an expert in every product we sell. However, you must be comfortable learning quickly, researching independently, and finding accurate answers for customers.𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗘 & 𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬This position is designed to provide live customer service and sales support during evenings and weekends.𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 (𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲)• Saturday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM• Sunday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM• Monday: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM• Tuesday: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM• Wednesday: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM• Thursday: Off• Friday: Off Full time position averaging 40 paid hours per week, with scheduled breaks and minor adjustments to the above coverage hours as needed.
