Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home and/or in-school Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and document data on client progress. Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success. Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and

Pay Range: $22-29/hour Part-Time: 10 hours/week Shifts: Monday-Friday 4PM-6PM
Location: Waynesville, MO Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Skills and Qualifications:
Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) licence. High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required. 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion. Valid CPR and First aid certificate. Ability to pass background check. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
