Private Equity Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities: Transaction Management – Oversee private equity and M&A transactions from inception to closing. Drafting & Negotiation – Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements, merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other transaction documents. Client Advisory – Act as a strategic advisor, collaborating closely with clients on deal execution. Project Leadership – Manage deal workflow and coordinate across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: 4-5 years of private equity and M&A experience at a top law firm. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to work closely with client business teams in a collaborative setting. Excellent academic credentials and large law firm experience required.
