Orthopedic Physical Therapist | Full-Time Role in Rehabilitation Center

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify their physical therapy needs, adapting treatments to optimize outcomes. Implement evidence-based treatment plans consisting of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, modality applications, and hands-on care. Continuously monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to reflect changes in conditions or responses. Engage in patient and family education, providing clear guidance on rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and strategies for injury prevention and lifestyle modifications. Regularly participate in team meetings and case discussions to ensure cohesive patient care and share best practices. Patient Population / Client FocusThis role focuses primarily on patients dealing with orthopedic injuries, including post-surgical care for joint replacements, sports injuries, and common musculoskeletal conditions. We serve a varied demographic of patients, from young athletes to elderly individuals, all of whom deserve tailored therapy approaches that accommodate their unique challenges and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey. A minimum of three years of direct experience in a clinical setting with a strong orthopedic focus. Proficiency in utilizing various treatment modalities and therapeutic exercises based on patient assessments. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience: Experience working in a rehabilitation setting specifically focused on orthopedic cases. Familiarity with patient management systems and electronic health records for documentation and patient tracking. Previous involvement in patient educational initiatives or workshops.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
