The Director of Operations will support effective daily execution across the stores, ensuring operational continuity and consistent performance in a fast-paced retail setting.
Qualifications include:
10–15+ years of experience running large supermarkets. Prior experience with established supermarket operators may be beneficial, and previous leadership titles such as Director of Operations, VP of Operations, or General Manager are appreciated.
